Our Club Meetings

As a young professional, time is valuable.  For that reason, we hold our general meeting as a conference call twice a month on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month.  The call starts at 8pm and last about 15 minutes.  The agenda is emailed out in advance and the minutes will be sent out soon after the meeting.  

To call in to the meeting, dial  (213) 416-6650 and enter access code 966957.
Check the calendar for future conference call meetings.   Call a few minutes before 8pm, introduce yourself, and then to make the call go smooth, we ask that you "mute your phone" by pressing *6.  You can always un-mute yourself by pressing *6 again.

Board Meetings

Our board meets monthly to discuss and plan our projects.   The location and times for board meeting vary and we have it various board members apartments .  All members are welcome to attend board meetings.  If you have an idea you would like to bring to CAYP, attending a board meeting is a great place to share.  It's also a great place to meet the board and become more involved in CAYP.  Our next board meeting is on December 3rd at our Sanitation Kit service project.  For more information, contact V.K. Divisional Council Meetings (DCM) for Division 1

CAYP is part of Division 1 of the California Nevada Hawaii District.  Our Division includes the clubs in Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Culver City, Downtown, and Malibu.  Our division has meetings monthly to discuss divisional activities and find out the latest information from our Lieutenant Governor.   Our current Lieutenant Governor is Ron Davis. 
 
Our next DCM is December 3rd at 9:00am at the Santa Monica YMCA.  We'll be doing our Sanitation Kit service project during the DCM.  For more information, contact V.K. Shah - CAYPpresident@gmail.com
